WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO ?
Everyone has strong self discipline and great intensity interest to do something because they love it, nor for money. This truth applies here. We have gained sufficient authenticity, experiential knowledge over decade in the areas of mindfulness meditation, Kundalini yoga and Diabetes Awareness programs. They are interlinked in the wholeness and wellness of all beings. There is no restriction in age, gender or nationality. The only thing we caution when you do exercise consult with your Health Care Team. We all benefit in this manner, with good communication and best of all scientific understanding.
